When a caller to Leighton Smith on 1ZB asked him what he would do to fix the economy he said “I would mine everything in sight.” Which between selling out NZ coastline to foreign deep-sea-oil-drilling companies & the disaster of Pike River Mine seems to be adopted directly from National’s policy. Well here is some of what the Green’s propose. Its your choice New Zealand. Become a leader in exporting cutting edge technology…….or mine everything in sight. Considering I’ve so far seen on You Tube unedited citizen journalist videos of NYPD @ Occupy Wall Street: punching protesters, macing protesters, using their batons on protesters, riding motorbikes into protestors (and over) & riding horses into protesters…. hey why not put an end to the citizen journalists a little more inventively? wankers.

This is unbelievable. After 25 people who tried to close their bank accounts at Citibank were LOCKED IN THE BUILDING & ARRESTED FOR IT, a woman outside trying to get their names to pass on to the civil rights attorneys so they could get legal support is physically jumped and manhandled by half a dozen police officers. Shameful.
